Himanshu Joshi is a seasoned and dynamic techno-functional professional with over 11 years of experience in System Administration/Engineering, Cloud Services, IT consulting, management, service delivery/operations management, IT infrastructure management, and troubleshooting of Windows & Linux-based OS & servers. He is a certified Solutions Architect in Azure and Google Cloud, a Certified Cloud Security Professional, and holds certifications in Kubernetes, RHCSA, RHCE, and ITIL V3. Himanshu has proven abilities in managing IT Operations, maintenance of production servers, and processing requests from product management & development teams. He has in-depth exposure to software development lifecycle phases of product feature design/development, product sustainability, and product verification. He is proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various aspects of Google Cloud, MS Azure, and Linux/Windows OS in Client Architecture. Currently, Himanshu works as a Multi Cloud Consultant at HCL, where he is responsible for implementing Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud Infrastructure Solutions. He manages a Cloud operations team responsible for Microsoft Azure & GCP, VM provisioning, adding new Vnets/VPC, VM hardening, QA before releasing to the customer, and obtaining templates and approving some templates to be used to create catalog items, regularly updating the gold template used for vm deployment in the cloud. He also approves change requests associated with modifications to cloud resources and defines change control parameters for cloud resources. In his previous roles at HCL, Himanshu managed the Unix team for providing 24*7 server support, server installation, software management, and maintenance across several production servers. He also managed FTP, mail servers, DNS management, and adding and modifying various DNS records. He has experience in audit checks on various servers, managing FTP/SFTP file transmissions using PGP encryption, and UC4 installation and maintenance. Himanshu holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Graphic Era Institute Of Technology, Dehradun. His tech stack includes Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Senior Software Engineer, infra, QA, product manager, and Software Engineer.
