He identified various parameters to zero in on an approach to build relationships with B2B partners, strategized with the sales and marketing team to fine-tune the said approach, and studied existing user use cases to refine the value proposition and identify the most scalable use case for marketing. He also created a strategy to evaluate user requirements to build a customized use case and sales strategy for a prospective client before the final pitch. As a Marketing Research Intern at Mate Labs, Himanshu interacted with SCM Heads and helped them deploy AutoML solutions for their specific demand forecast requirements.
