Himanshu Jain is a versatile technology enthusiast with 11.86 years of relevant experience in design/development, building high-performance teams, and strengthening collaboration between business/product and tech cross geography. He is a leader, an architect, a product guy, a people guy, a problem solver, a growth hacker, a researcher, a rapid-prototyper, an optimizer, a motivator, and a hands-on polyglot engineer delivering on speed. Himanshu has experience working in B2C, B2B, B2B2C domains, including payments, dating, ed-tech, ad-tech, fintech, e-commerce, mobile-EDA, parenting, referrals/promotions, ecom-search, food-tech, travel/experience, and enterprise-grade SaaS in benefits space. He specializes in transforming ideas into reality via technology and has a track record of building, growth hacking & scaling startups/organizations from the ground up with no/minimalistic specs to a massive load handling, real-time highly scalable, microservices driven, low latent, and distributed products, namely - Paytm, Babyonboard, Collegedunia, Frizza, Zoutons, Trulymadly, PayU. Currently, Himanshu is working at Zeta as part of the engineering team, building an enterprise-grade SaaS platform in the Benefits space, powering Sodexo business. He has previously worked at Paytm, where he worked across different verticals in different capacities, including promotions, food, referrals, search, and education. At BabyOnBoard, a Memories & Milestones platform for parents, Himanshu was the CTO/Co-Founder and led the platform to be acquired by RoundGlass, with over 50,000+ parents using the platform to craft beautiful memories of their child's growing up journey. Himanshu holds a B.E. (Hons) degree from Punjab Engineering College, where he scored 9.08/10. He was also a school topper and district rank holder at D.A.V Public School, Thermal Colony, Panipat. Himanshu's tech stack includes search, senior software engineer, research scientist, microservices, mobile, and integration. He is passionate about exploring different areas and delivering on speed.
