Himanshu Jha is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in information technology and services. He is currently working as a Research Development Software Engineer at Dassault Systèmes, where he is proficient in C, C++, Java, servlets, SQL, JDBC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP. Himanshu has a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Manufacturing Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His current role is as a Software Engineer in the Feature Recognition Team at HCL. The team extracts features and their parameters from solid models and automatically identifies and groups topological entities into functionally significant features such as holes, slots, pockets, fillets, ribs, etc. Himanshu's responsibilities include implementing enhancements in the modules of the C++ based library, fixing customer and internally reported bugs, and handling product release and customer interactions. Himanshu has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Geometric Ltd. and as an Assistant System Engineer - Trainee at TCS. At TCS, he worked on application maintenance and enhancement, including MSBI (SSIS and SSRS) and SQL Server. He also participated in an Initial Learning Program where he learned core Java, servlets, object-oriented programming, database concepts, Java database connectivity, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP.
