Himanshu Joshi is an accomplished Software Developer Engineer with a passion for exploring the latest technologies in Blockchain and Web3. He is currently working as an SDE 1 at CareerLabs, where he has been involved in a cross-platform app project using React Native called Elev8. Himanshu is skilled in delivering pixel-perfect and responsive UI designs. He has designed and implemented an interactive dashboard with React for optimal mobile app management by the operations team. He has also developed and maintained various components, screens, and features for the mobile app using agile practices. He integrated MMKV as Local Storage to improve fetch and load time on the app. His work has resulted in a revamped UI, which has improved user experience, and initiated, developed, and launched the Metaverse project, resulting in an increase in lead acquisition. He has also successfully reduced the app size by 67%. Before joining CareerLabs, Himanshu worked as a Software Developer Engineer Intern at the same company. During his internship, he built performant landing pages to increase the influx of leads and developed a proof-of-concept social college app in React Native, featuring real-time chat and collaboration functionality.
