Himanshu Kapoor is an accomplished entrepreneur, technologist, developer, strategist, innovator, and mentor with over 11 years of relevant experience. He is currently serving as a Team Lead at Zluri, where he leverages his deep knowledge of API design principles, caching, resiliency, REST, and HTTP to build scalable, consistent, and fault-tolerant architectures. He is also an expert in distributed databases, NoSQL and SQL, reactive and object-oriented programming, and cloud-based technologies like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Over the course of his career, Himanshu has worked in various domains, including eCommerce, healthcare, and hospitality, and has built and managed remote/offshore teams. He is passionate about technology and how it can change our lives, and is in love with cloud, web apps, APIs, and architectures. Prior to joining Zluri, Himanshu worked as a Software Development Consultant at isimplexity and as the Chief Technology Officer at Kool Kanya - Raise Your Power, where he was responsible for full-stack development using NodeJS, Angular 6, MongoDB, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Loopback JS, Mocha, Chai, JIRA, Confluence, Hashicorp Vault, and other relevant technologies. He also worked on microservices architecture to build a scalable and GDPR-compliant system in healthcare and led the analysis and exploration of Sunbird's microservice architecture to extract generic microservices for inclusion in ECHO. Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University and a degree in Computer Science from Dyal Singh Public School.
