Himanshu Malpande is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with expertise in the design and development of loan management systems, student life-cycle management systems, and customisation of learning management systems. He is currently working as a Founding Engineer at a fast-growing Fin-tech startup, ariksa, where he is leading the design and development of a loan management system from scratch. Himanshu has previously worked at mpokket as a Principal Software Engineer, where he remotely managed a team and owned the architecture and development of a loan repayment system, a reconciliation system, and a loan management system and ledger from scratch. With almost a decade of relevant experience, Himanshu is familiar with the architecture and implementation of financial systems, including loan management, disbursement, repayments, and reconciliation systems. He is also experienced in managing teams remotely and has a strong focus on scalability, availability, and engineering efficiency. Himanshu has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Professional Studies and a High School degree from Atomic Energy Central School, Indore. He is proficient in a wide range of technologies such as PHP, Flask, AWS, Python, Golang, Microservices, Neo4j, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kafka, Spring Boot, and Web. In his previous role at Jigsaw Academy, Himanshu worked on customisation and improvements of the online learning platform and developed a web application in PHP/Codeigniter for communication with payments system and recording student information for generating LMS and lab credentials and creating the user accounts on LMS.
