Himanshu Mittal is a Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, currently working on building an Anomaly Detection service as the first step towards Artificial intelligence for operations (AIOps). He has over 11 years of experience in software development for enterprise use cases and is leading the development of a large-scale data center monitoring platform. Himanshu has a Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics and is deeply interested in Machine Learning projects. He has a strong technical background in Software Engineering, ML, Salesforce, Microservices, Big Data, Deep Learning, Java, ETL, Backend, Sentiment Analysis, and Integration. In his previous roles at Salesforce, Himanshu worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Member of Technical Staff. He has worked on several projects, including Auto Tunning JVM Params for Microservice using Bayesian Optimization, Anomaly Detection for System Level Metric, Distributed KV Service for Public Cloud, and Smart Data Center Monitoring. Himanshu has also worked on implementing Cloud integration with Google Analytics, Sentiment Analysis API for Communities, and features that help improve the admin experience and Community Pulse.
