Himanshu Negi is a Senior Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience, currently working on an Open banking project for a leading UK bank in their London office. He has designed and delivered scalable and performant solutions using different architectural styles, including monolithic and microservices, by following best practices under both waterfall and agile methodologies. Himanshu's majority of experience is with large banking clients who are looking for transformation within their internal processes or their customer-facing journey or government compliances. Throughout his career, Himanshu has been a cross-functional engineer working on different layers of a system, which helped him track relevant release updates for deployments and debugging bugs in all environments, including PROD. He has managed 15+ releases of 2-week cycles by coordinating among and across teams and supported deployments on every environment till PROD. Himanshu has organized and conducted 3 knowledge sharing sessions each month in 2020 to keep team members motivated to learn and feel involved. Himanshu has worked with Publicis Sapient in the past as an Associate Technology L2 and L1. He has digitized the paper-based submission to change business address and add users to the business, implemented a generic solution that could cater to all business banking service requests, and implemented 1 to sign and 2 to sign step-up auth approval processes to add new users to the business. Himanshu has worked on a mobile fintech solution for one of the US leading banks to target millennial users in the USA, implemented stories such as online account opening, transaction history, check deposit, and integrated IAM access control on each microservice to limit
