Himanshu Pandey is a strategy expert with a keen interest in the technology and development sector. With over 7 years of relevant experience, he aims to become an expert in real-life large impact problem solving and creating smart products. He believes that India's private sector should participate more in solving policy implementation to increase system accountability, take the burden off government machinery, solve for grass-root unemployment, and increase disposable income. Currently working with apna as a Strategy Monetisation expert, Himanshu has previously worked with agnext as VP - EA to CEO, where he was responsible for building organizational processes, investor relations, and international expansion. He has also worked with the Clinton Health Access Initiative as a Senior Associate, where he led national engagement in oxygen access with MoHFW to improve pan India oxygen infrastructure, data systems, and clinical practices protocols. Himanshu holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre Kidwai Nagar Kanpur. His tech stack includes senior software engineering, testing, and infrastructure. Himanshu is passionate about process re-engineering to end sub-optimal practices and tech-intervention to make life simple for government employees. He is a problem solver at heart and is always looking for ways to create a positive impact on society.
