Himanshu Pandey is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with 2.21 years of relevant experience. Before joining JP Morgan, Himanshu worked as the Overall Placement Coordinator at Students' Placement Office, IIT Kanpur where he led a 4-tier team of 140+ members to facilitate the placement and internship season for 1100+ and 650+ students respectively. He brought systemic changes to the internship and placement procedure pertaining to online drive due to COVID19 pandemic.
