Himanshu Pant is a Data Science and Microsoft Azure Certified Professional with over 5 years of industry experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning Projects. He is currently working as a Small Group Coach & Career Guidance Xpert at upgrad, where he is responsible for providing guidance and coaching to students. Previously, he worked at Walmart as a Data Scientist, where he developed predictive and prescriptive solutions using Genetic Algorithms and Non-Linear optimization techniques. Himanshu is skilled in client communication, requirement gathering, model building, validation, optimization & deployment in advanced manufacturing, SCM, and FMCG domain. He has an insatiable intellectual curiosity and the ability to find hidden inferences located within large sets of data through a healthy sense of data exploration. In his past role at Great Learning, Himanshu worked as a Faculty in Data Science, where he developed Auto micro-segmentation forecast engines for different FMCG clients. He worked on Azure ML, Data Robot, and H2O.ai services for multi-tenant forecast engines and deployed models using Azure, AWS services, and created DevOps pipelines (CI/CD). In addition, he worked on cost optimization models for the advanced manufacturing domain and provided solutions as a part of process improvement service line to solve clients' issues and provide them with a robust solution. Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (E.C.E) from Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College. He also has a strong educational background, having completed Intermediate from Cynthia Senior Secondary School and High School from Cynthia Senior Secondary School. Himanshu is proficient in various technologies such as Data Scientist, Research Scientist, ML, Azure, Deep Learning, Python, ETL, AWS, AI, CI/CD, and DevOps.
