Himanshu Rajoria is a fourth-year undergraduate student pursuing a dual degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Computer Science at IIT Kharagpur. He is a passionate software engineer with a keen interest in Data Science and Parallel Programming. Himanshu has gained a wealth of experience in his field, having worked as a research intern at TCS Research and Innovation in 2019, where he designed and implemented a Gated Graph Neural Network for prognostics based on the structure of the Turbofan engine. Recently, Himanshu captained Patel Hall's Data Analytics team to a gold medal in General Championships, where they were tasked with predicting future electricity consumption for five buildings at 15-minute intervals for the next three months. Himanshu and his team designed a Machine Learning model with ES-RNN at its backbone, which proved to be highly effective. In December 2018, Himanshu built a simple search engine based on tf-idf for more than 50 million documents totalling 111 GB. He used pyspark to create the inverted index, and the query engine was built in python. Himanshu has a diverse skill set, which includes Software Engineering, ML, Research Scientist, RNN, Python, Data Scientist, Neural Networks, and Search. Currently, Himanshu works as a Software Engineer at Intuit, where he continues to hone his skills and gain new experience. With 1.86 years of relevant experience, Himanshu is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about his work. He is an excellent team player and leader, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
