Himanshu Singh is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the tech industry. He is currently the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Happay, a company that provides Spend Management, Travel, and Enterprise Payment solutions for businesses. Himanshu leads the global GTM at Happay and is responsible for marketing, Presales, operations, alliances, and implementation teams. He is passionate about technology and is always exploring disruptive innovations. Himanshu has advised thousands of organizations on digital transformation and is now working with organizations to help them organize Spend Management and Payments. He believes that even organizations with a digitized landscape have major gaps that lead to revenue leakage. Himanshu also has a keen interest in machine learning, predictive analytics, and data science. He believes that this generation will use these technologies to make disruptive changes in our work and personal lives. Himanshu's leadership philosophy is to inspire innovation. He believes that a leader should give the team independence to ideate and be open to asking. He guides them to make a real impact, both commercial and social, which accelerates both innovation and performance. Himanshu believes in presenting complex solutions in a way that the audience can relate to, therefore he believes in simplistic messaging. Before joining Happay, Himanshu worked as the Head of Presales and Public Sector Sales at Freshworks, a global innovator in customer engagement software. He has also worked at SAP Concur as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Cloud Evangelist. Himanshu holds a PGDM in Digital Marketing from DMI, Ireland, an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oxford, and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Galgotia University. Himanshu is a startup advisor and investor and has won the 2021 Business Insider Global Award.
