Himanshu Yadav is an experienced Big Data Engineer with a passion for developing Data Quality Management tools and improving data health for different organizations. He has a strong background in creating Big data pipeline components like Reconciliation, Data Quality, and Data Transformation using various tools such as Apache Spark, Impala, Hive, Kafka, Airflow, HBASE, and Schema Registry. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Himanshu has worked in different business domains, including Retail, BFS, and Telecom, which has given him a perspective on different customer behaviors and needs, helping him to build effective customer-centric strategies. Currently, Himanshu is working as an SDE-2 at Navi, where he is instrumental in building DAAS platform enabling Open Insights flagship products and improving customer experience. He has also worked at OpenI_Tech as an Expert Big Data Engineer, where he leveraged his skills and expertise to develop data quality management tools and helped different organizations to improve data health. Prior to that, he worked at TCS as a System Engineer, where he worked on the BPF-SDMi project to create a data lake in Hadoop, which is known as e-layer(Enterprise). Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Jabalpur Engineering College, where he gained a strong foundation in software engineering, data engineering, and big data. He has a diverse tech stack, including Python, Scala, Apache Hive, XGBoost, MySQL, Jenkins, integration, mobile, and web development. Himanshu is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who focuses on end-to-end delivery to the market following iterative and cost-effective agile methodology. His strong technical skills, combined with his understanding of customer needs, make him an asset to any organization looking to improve their data management and customer experience.
