Hirak Mondal is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Samsung Research Institute Bangalore (SRIB) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) student in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). With a strong interest in computer architecture, cybersecurity, cryptography, and high-performance computing, Hirak has worked on Privacy Preserving Authentication and Communication for Internet of Drones (IoD) with Dr. Urbi Chatterjee. In addition to his technical expertise, Hirak is also passionate about music, photography, and various forms of art. He is always open to new ideas and welcomes the opportunity to chat with others about their interests and experiences. Prior to joining Samsung, Hirak served as a Teaching Assistant for ESC101- Fundamentals of Computing under Preeti Malakar and Ashutosh Modi at IIT Kanpur. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from the University of Engineering & Management (UEM) and has completed his Higher Secondary (Inter) and Secondary Examination from Patha Bhavan, Kolkata. With 0.78 years of relevant experience, Hirak is a seasoned software engineer and research scientist with a strong background in mobile technologies. His technical skills include software engineering, research, and mobile development. Hirak is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in his field and is always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge.
