Hiren Bhimani is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently working as a Team Lead at Rupeek, India's leading asset-backed digital lending fintech company, he is responsible for end-to-end ownership of operations in the city, managing a team of loan managers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. Hiren is also responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and evaluating and hiring key resources within the team of loan managers. Prior to joining Rupeek, Hiren worked as an Area Manager at Bajaj Finserv and as a Senior Regional Office Executive at The Muthoot Group. During his tenure at The Muthoot Group, Hiren worked as a Relationship Executive in Branch Operations, where he was responsible for verification and valuation of gold ornaments, disbursement of gold loans, and maintaining accounts and BRS on a monthly basis. He also worked as a Senior Executive at the Regional Office, where he processed and recommended proposals for sanction of high-value gold loans and monitored action plans and target vs. achievement of interest collection, 9-12 months renewal, and NPA recovery for the region. Hiren holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Gujarat University. He is a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership and team management skills.
