Hitesh P Kumar is an LLB Educatee, Psychologist, and HR Specialist currently working as an HR Generalist at Vuesol Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. He is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, compensation management, training and development, database management, diversification and integration strategies, resource allocation, SWOT analysis, HR audit, industrial relations, performance appraisal, retention management, retrenchment strategies, and more. He provided advice on the best strategies and techniques to address their problems and worked with those who have diagnoses such as anxiety, addiction, depression, marital problems, stress, and patients of all age ranges. He typically dealt with issues that were relatively manageable, causing them to struggle and emotional pain, but not preventing them from navigating their daily lives. Hitesh's subsequent counseling sessions typically occurred routinely over the long term, eschewing a quick fix for a more gradual solution that alters a patient's mindset. Counseling may occur in a one-on-one setting, or it may occur in a group setting, involving several patients with similar problems. Hitesh has a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from M.S.S. Law College, a Post Graduation Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Kakatiya University, an M.Sc Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kakatiya University, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Kakatiya University. He also has an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jayamukhi Institute of Technological Sciences and completed his High School and Class of 10th from Board of Intermediate Education and Sai Public School, respectively.
