Hitesh Barik is an Associate Software Engineer at HighRadius with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. He is currently pursuing his B.Tech in Information Technology at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. Hitesh is a creative thinker who enjoys reading books, keeping up with current news, and listening to music in his free time. Hitesh has a strong background in software development, with experience in building secure file-sharing services, stock analyzer applications, and scalable distributed backends for food-ordering apps. He has worked on projects using Java, MongoDB, SQL, Flask, and AI, among other technologies. Hitesh has also developed tools to automatically analyze performance and functionality issues in different versions of file-sharing services, and has improved code quality by utilizing Java Checkstyle, PMD & SpotBugs. Hitesh has previously worked as a Summer Intern at HighRadius, where he was responsible for the development and deployment of AI-enabled B2B Fintech applications. He designed an interactive UI using ReactJS and MaterialUI, and integrated the prediction model into the UI using Flask. Hitesh also performed analytics on client ARs, and integrated analytics onto the UI using HighCharts. In addition to his work experience, Hitesh has also worked as a Product Developer at crio.do. Here, he built a secure file-sharing service hosted in the cloud, and developed tools to automatically analyze performance and functionality issues in different versions of the service. Hitesh also built the backend of a portfolio analyzer using REST API service, and familiarized himself with testing code using Junits & Mockito. Overall, Hitesh has 3.85 years of relevant experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in Java, backend development, testing, and UI design. He is a keen learner who is always looking for ways to improve his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
