Hitesh Dutt Kaushal is a seasoned Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience in software development. Currently working with everwell health solutions, he has been leading software development processes and teams, designing data lakes, and developing AI-based solutions on Azure Cloud. Previously, Hitesh worked with decision point analytics as a Sr. Team Lead and Senior Software Developer, where he built big data analytics software solutions on Google Cloud Platform and developed next-generation AI-based data analytics apps like Chatbots. He also led product development teams following SCRUM best practices and built Beagle, a business intelligence product aimed at data democratization and ease of access of data and analytics on platforms like Microsoft Teams. Beagle recently won a global hackathon organized by Microsoft as the best productivity app on MS Teams marketplace.
