Hitesh Joshi is an experienced Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience in R&D, Business strategies, Product Development, Engineering, and QC. Hitesh has also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at ziploan, where he created, managed, and led tech teams for an engagement platform targeting SMEs in India. He worked alongside the company founders with a team of 7 people to ensure faster development of the platform. Within 6 months of its launch, the platform gained 50k+ users organically on the early POC model. Hitesh also created a lean team of data scientists to work on "Banking document OCR," which is responsible for making financial data sense of scanned banking documents. The project was successfully used on HDFC banking documents and cut 40% cost for manual document analysis.
