Hitesh Sharma is an experienced Engineering Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience in leading highly inclusive and engaged teams who take pride in building and shipping scalable products. He is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Gainsight, where he is responsible for both Dev and QA responsibilities of both the team. Hitesh is proficient in deliverables, software releases, quality programs, and cross-functional initiatives. He has expertise in converting business needs into technical requirements and ensuring delivery of business value from technical requirements. Hitesh is an expert in hiring the right set of talent into the team and coaching them to get the best out of people. He drives the long-term technical vision and roadmap by working with Product Management. In his previous role as Lead Software QA Engineer at Gainsight, he took complete ownership of QA activities for both the teams and guided and mentored new QA members, expanding the team 2X times. As a Senior Software QA Engineer at Gainsight, Hitesh worked closely with the Product Management team to understand the requirements and business use cases. He designed a test plan that covered all possible scenarios, including different browsers, and worked with two QA teams, overlooking functional and automation tasks. Hitesh has a B.Tech degree in ECE from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a CAST degree in Testing Tools from Reliance Global Service. He completed his schooling from G.
