Holly Haraguchi is a customer-centric software engineer with a passion for designing and developing thoughtful solutions that empower users and drive positive changes in behavior, policy, sustainability, and accessibility. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Remind, Holly is focused on making one of the largest communication platforms in education more intuitive, reliable, and secure. Prior to her current role, Holly worked at General Electric where she held two different positions as a Software Engineer. In her Rotation #4, she worked on backend services & APIs for an application that provided a single point of entry for remote configuration, deployment, and monitoring of IoT device fleets. In her Rotation #3, she developed flexible, reusable components for a reporting framework that drove on-time engine delivery by providing insights into delinquent parts and materials. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University and also pursued International Business at the School of Management, Università di Torino. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Holly's technical skills include Software Engineering, Backend, and Frontend development. Holly's approach to technical problem-solving is heavily influenced by her customer-centric mindset. She believes in designing solutions that are not just technically sound but also make a positive impact on the end-users.
