Hongye Yang is a Senior Machine Learning Lead at AI Dynamics Inc. With a relevant experience of 5.78 years, he has gained expertise in the field of AI and ML. He has worked on various projects that have contributed to the development of AI Dynamics Inc. In his current role, Hongye is responsible for leading the machine learning team at AI Dynamics Inc. He has developed and tested GAN platforms for Neopulse, which supports almost all significant GAN models, including vanilla GAN, CGAN, DCGAN, BEGAN, WGAN, WGAN-GP, LSGAN. He has also developed and tested Hyper-parameters Spectral Optimization systems for Neopulse AI platforms, which makes the process of hyper-parameters optimization automatic. Hongye has developed Audio Data Generators for Neopulse, which extracts multiple batched features from raw audio data for network training processes. Additionally, he has developed Character and location extractor, using named entity recognition(NER) tech to extract character names and location setting from raw scripts. The f1 score of the system is above 0.94. He has also developed Speech to text systems based on Baidu Deep Speech II and merged it into Neopulse knowledge base. Prior to his current role, Hongye worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at AI Dynamics Inc, where he contributed to the development and testing of GAN platforms and Hyper-parameters Spectral Optimization systems for Neopulse AI platforms. Hongye holds a Master’s Degree in Biomechanics and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tianjin University. During his Master’s program at the University of Rochester, he worked on an Image Captioning System that was based on LSTM and image features extracted using pretrained FC7 Net. He also used a soft-attention mechanism to focus on different locations of the feature map before each word generation. Hongye's tech stack includes ML, AI, test, and GAN. With his expertise in AI and ML, Hongye has contributed significantly to the development of AI Dynamics Inc.
