She also worked as an Assistant Regional Manager at Axis Bank, where she was responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring smooth HR operations. Bhakti holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from IBSAR and a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Computer Science from G.H. Raisoni. She completed her HSC in BIO N MATH from Anand Niketan College and her SSC from Lokmanya Kanya Vidyalaya.
