He developed a comprehensive suite of tools, including fraud detection, one-click UPI payments, order updates, and communications, all under one hood. Hriday also founded Trustvocate, a customer reviews platform for online brands. With Trustvocate, Hriday enabled online businesses to build trust amongst prospective customers by helping them display their real customer reviews on an independent and open platform.
