Hrishav Agarwal is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, he is working at Google Pay India as a Software Engineer, leading the experimentation and modeling efforts for the Instant Loans feature. He has also built the referral personalization intelligence and framework for GPay and developed several intelligence systems to improve transaction reliability. Prior to joining Google, Hrishav worked at Two Roads Tech as a Data Scientist and Quantitative Strategist. During his tenure, he built numerous trading models predicting futures prices using advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques for trading derivatives across the world. He also developed and tested numerous trade execution logics and built an economic-feed trading system from scratch. Hrishav traded major equity, bonds, and volatility derivatives across three developed countries in the world and developed extensive back-test studies and analytics platform for the simulation and real-trading performance. Hrishav's past experience also includes an internship at Amazon, where he worked as a Machine Learning Intern for the Machine Learning Team. His project title was Time Series Modelling on Traffic Data, and he was mentored by Dr. Srujana Merugu and Dr. Vineet Chaoji. Hrishav holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) Dual Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is proficient in various technologies, including ML, Software Engineering, Data Science, Research Science, and Testing. With his expertise in machine learning and data analytics, Hrishav has made significant contributions to the companies he has worked with, and he continues to be a valuable asset to the industry.
