Hrishikesh Chappadi is an accomplished Engineering Manager with close to 8 years of experience in the software industry. Hrishikesh is a highly skilled software engineer with expertise in Java, SQL, Spring, Microservices, Javascript, MySQL, Spring Boot, Salesforce, and Frontend Web development. Before joining BeepKart, Hrishikesh worked at Microsoft as an SDE II, where he developed auto-heal and auto-alerting frameworks for automated workloads, formed linear regression models to predict work batch completion times, and created interactive PowerBI reports for the summary of compute bare metal indicators. He also eliminated no-op timer jobs, cleaned the codebase, and reduced running costs while shifting database read queries to replicas for non-real-time use cases. Hrishikesh has also worked at Reliance as an Engineer III in the Supply Chain Division. There, he worked on a POC for modelling e-commerce promotions using a graph database and ended up rediscovering Rete's algorithm. He also worked on micro-services for loading and delivery operations and developed frameworks to simplify back-end flows. Hrishikesh holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Energy Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
