Hrishikesh Kankat is a highly skilled Software Developer currently working at Amazon. Being part of the SDLC, he independently developed multiple frameworks from scratch to solve some complex problems faced by the team. He made these frameworks customized, CI/CD, flexible, plug-in-play structured, and with hybrid architecture, and they are used by many teams across different projects in Mindtree because of their improved stability and efficiency. One unique framework he developed is a non-functional UI automation framework with very high precision. As unique as it sounds, it is built on an in-house customized tool at Mindtree. It has solved many issues like resource crunch, stability (improved up to 99%), and UI correction (found all the hidden UI deviations following w3 school standards). Hrishikesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Reva University. He also has a Pre-Universiry (+1 & +2) degree from SBR Composit PU College, Kalaburagi, and an SSLC degree from SBR Public School, Kalaburagi. Hrishikesh is proficient in various technologies such as Software Engineering, UI, Test, CI/CD, Selenium, Java, Jenkins, and Web. He has a relevant experience of 3.86 years. Apart from his work, he aspires to travel the world and enjoys cooking, learning languages, and singing.
