Hrishikesh Thite is a versatile and experienced business leader with significant eCommerce experience across functions in strategic and operating roles. He has a strong tech/product and strategy core with deep value-creation expertise. With a career spanning over 14 years, he has incubated businesses and teams from scratch and led both at scale. Currently, he is the Business Head - Electronics at udaan.com, where he is responsible for P&L and business head for electronics, including mobiles (feature and smartphones), accessories, IT (laptops, peripherals), PHC, TVs/large CE, and refurbished devices. Prior to joining udaan.com, Hrishikesh worked with Flipkart, where he held several leadership positions. As Director, Mobiles, he incubated, grew, and scaled mobile brands online on Flipkart and partnered with the mobile ecosystem, increasing stakeholder value. As Business Head, Billion - private brand at Flipkart, he led a generalist team that developed, marketed, and sold high-quality Made-for-India Made-in-India mass affordable products across hardlines, softlines, and non-food consumables through strategic partnerships with OEMs/ODMs in the Indian manufacturing ecosystem. He also led the operations: supply planning, fulfillment, and customer service charter for Billion. Hrishikesh has a strong educational background, having completed his MBA (PGDCM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He also completed an International Student Exchange Programme in International Business from ESC Toulouse. Hrishikesh's tech stack includes mobile, and he has solicited strategic brand partnerships across his portfolio. He is currently hiring for national sale manager and category lead positions.
