Hritik Bhardwaj is a highly skilled Director with over 9 years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable distributed systems. He possesses strong technical leadership skills and has a proven track record of setting direction and knowledge transfer for inclusive growth. Hritik has the ability to effectively manage and lead a team, and encourages open discussion for developing better approaches to problem-solving and trust building among team members. Hritik is proficient in Python 2/3, NodeJS, Rocker and has deep understanding of Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Docker. He has hands-on experience in DevOps and has automated many DevOps components. Currently, Hritik is working as the Director of Engineering at Dream11, where he is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the company's platform. Prior to his current role, Hritik worked as a Platform Engineer at Dream11 and as a Technical Lead at Metroguild. At Metroguild, Hritik had the opportunity to work on many challenging projects, including helping the company move completely to Docker deployment on AWS infra with Jenkins. He also modified Airbnb's Airflow to work with event-based workflows and built a new workflow engine that is highly scalable and distributed with all the core features of major workflow engines like Airbnb. Hritik solely developed this project with Python3 and RabbitMQ and PostgreSQL. Hritik holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in ICT from DA-IICT and has completed his secondary education from Amtul's Public School. He has a diverse tech stack, including experience in Senior Software Engineer, DevOps, Docker, Cassandra, Elastic Search, NodeJS, Python, Apache Airflow, AWS, infra, RabbitMQ, and Jenkins.
