Hugh Rubin is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in product management. He has a proven track record of building highly effective teams that have successfully launched multiple software products on a global scale. Hugh has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is skilled in product management, user experience, data-driven/user-centric design, team creation and leadership, strategy and vision, global scalability, and operational excellence. Currently, Hugh works as a Product Management Consultant at Mesmerise. In this role, he provides expert guidance to organizations seeking to develop and launch new products. He leverages his extensive experience and knowledge to help clients create effective product strategies that align with their business objectives. Prior to his current role, Hugh held senior positions at Alfatti and Microsoft. At Alfatti, he served as an Affiliate Partner, where he was responsible for developing and launching new products. At Microsoft, he served as a Partner GPM - WebXT, where he led the restructuring of the PM team in a new organization. He also implemented the division's new automation vision and content services support for all 300+ Windows markets. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MDes in Computer Related Design from the Royal College of Art. He is a product manager by trade and has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
