Hui Chen is a highly experienced Senior Technical Marketing Engineer with a passion for driving LAN/SAN convergence solutions in the Data Center. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, Hui has a strong background in Network and Cloud Data Center solution development, and has worked on multifaceted IT projects to solve complex issues and enable customer success. Hui has a proven track record of success, having helped double Cisco Fibre Channel switching sales in Greater China in just two years since 2014, including a complete competitive takeout win in the largest banking account. Hui is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) #15630, and has years of experience on system integration and interoperability qualification for Data Center Networking solution development. In Hui's current role as Senior Technical Marketing Engineer for Cloud Native Solutions at Cisco's Cloud and Compute Business Group, Hui is responsible for a range of projects, including alpha testing of the Cisco Intersight Workload Engine (IWE), SD-WAN integration and automation with Cisco IKS, and the deployment of Google Cloud Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters. Hui is also involved in the deployment of SAP Data Intelligence on Cisco Container Platform (CCP), and the automation of IKS deployment with Terraform for Intersight from Terraform Cloud (IST). Prior to joining Cisco, Hui worked as a Software Engineer at Juniper Networks, where she served as Qualification and Deployment Engineering Manager for Data Center Switching. In this role, Hui was responsible for partner interoperability and qualification validation testing, customer solution validation and deployment support, and proof of concept demonstration lab. Hui holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from Tongji University. Hui is highly skilled in a range of technologies, including Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Integration, test, Senior Software Engineer, qa, and Software Engineer.
