Hywel Carver is the Founder and CEO of Skiller Whale, a company that is revolutionizing learning. With a career spanning over a decade, Hywel has gained expertise in Machine Learning, AI, and Computer Science. He has worked as a Tech Mentor for Seedcamp, where he provided technical due diligence to advise them on new deals they were considering. Hywel is also the Founder and Organiser of Tech Leader Dinners, a community of tech leads, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering who meet for dinner to build community, network, and problem-solve as a group. Hywel's education history is impressive, as he holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the University of Cambridge, with a focus on Machine Learning, AI, and Computer Science. He also has an unfinished PhD in Computational Haemodynamics from University College London, U. of London, and a Master of Research in Modelling Biological Complexity from the same institution. Hywel completed his A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Music, Chemistry, General Studies, Biology (AS), and Critical Thinking (AS) from Colyton Grammar School. Hywel is a Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience. He has a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
