With over 16 years of relevant experience, Ilias is a seasoned professional in the industry. Prior to joining C2C, Ilias worked as a Google Cloud Consultant at Ahead of Tech, where he designed, developed, and managed robust, secure, scalable, highly available, and dynamic solutions to drive business objectives. He was also a Project Creator and Instructor at Rhyme.com, which was later acquired by Coursera. Ilias is a lifelong learner and has a diverse educational background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the Military Academy, as well as several certifications in various fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Computer Software Engineering. He is currently pursuing a Nanodegree in Mentorship from Udacity. Ilias is a firm believer in focusing on systems rather than blaming individuals for failures. He believes that failure is not optional, but mandatory, and that it is important to identify what can be changed in the procedures rather than who is at fault. He is a Senior Software Engineer and is well-versed in various tech stacks.
