Imran is a Technical Delivery Manager, Hiring Manager, and UI Architect with over 17 years of experience in developing web products and managing web teams. He is currently working at VIU, where he plays a key role in contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the company's web product and tactical execution strategies. Imran is an HFI CUA™ Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International Inc, and he is pursuing HFI - CXA™ Certification in User Experience Analysis from the same organization. He is also a Google Certified User Experience professional. Imran has expertise in web product development, project management, product management, strategy road-mapping, tool selection, application architecture and design. He works with stakeholders and technical solutions to plan, prioritize, and carry out the objectives of the team for developing web applications and processes. Imran provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements. He establishes web product scope by studying strategic business drivers, discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters. Imran develops web solutions by formulating objectives, planning project life-cycle deliverables, resource availability and application, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.
