Imran Arshad is a seasoned technology professional with over 8 years of experience in the field of computer engineering. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Bayonet.io, where he is responsible for driving the technical direction of the company. Imran is also actively involved in hiring engineers for the organization. Prior to Bayonet.io, Imran worked at Linio México, a part of the Rocket Internet group, where he held various positions. As a Regional Pricing Associate, he was responsible for developing intelligent pricing strategies for Linio businesses across Latin America. He led a team that developed a Price Prediction Engine using data ranging from competition prices, market demand, inventory, cost, revenue targets, and shipping cost predictions. He also developed a Product Matching algorithm for comparing live product prices on Linio against several online and offline competitors. The success of this automation largely contributed to the Price Prediction Engine and helped drive the pricing strategy for Linio. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Linio, Imran designed and automated the generation and delivery of Regional Marketing and Commercial reports, with a focus on data control and quality. He worked with marketing, finance, and commercial teams to improve data consolidation and consistency across departments, largely improving data analysis and business decisions. Imran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from DTU and completed his High School education at Delhi Public School. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in various technologies.
