Indira Vats is a final year undergraduate student pursuing Computer Science at JSS, with a passion for exploring the intersection of Machine Learning and Software Development. Currently, she is working as a Research Intern at Dalhousie University under the guidance of Dr. Tushar Sharma in the SMART Lab. Her project involves exploring the usage of Machine Learning techniques for Source Code Analysis. Prior to this, Indira worked as a Research Intern at Saint Louis University, where she worked on RNA Secondary Structure Prediction using Deep Learning techniques under the guidance of Dr. Jie Hou in the HouLab. She has also served as the Lead of Google Developer Student Clubs JSSATEN, where she led a team of developers in organizing workshops, hackathons, and other tech-related events. Indira's academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JSS, which she is set to complete in 2023. She also holds a High School Diploma from Sanskriti School. Her technical skills include expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, infrastructure, Research Scientist, and Deep Learning. With a relevant experience of 0.27 years, Indira is a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about applying her technical skills to real-world problems. She is a quick learner, an excellent team player, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Indira is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in her field.
