Indrani Ghatak is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the energy, transport, and industrial automation domains. She is currently working as a Module Development Lead at GE Renewable Energy, where she is responsible for developing IoT software to create digital wind farms. Indrani has a strong background in product management, .NET, Go lang, design principles, and system design. She has a demonstrated history of working in varied industries, which has equipped her with a vast knowledge base and a unique perspective on software development. Prior to joining GE Renewable Energy, Indrani worked at Alstom as a Software Designer & Scrum Master, where she developed communication modules for automated trains to exchange data over multiple server levels. She also worked at Siemens as a Senior Software Developer, where she developed an end-to-end test scheduling and execution tool to reduce the test cycle time and increase productivity of entire Sinumerik product suite. Indrani holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology. She also completed her AISSCE from B.D. Memorial Institute and AISSE from B.D. Memorial Institute. Indrani is a versatile software engineer with a broad range of skills, including product management, Golang, design, and testing.
