Ipsita Meher is an accomplished HR professional, corporate trainer, and communication coach with a passion for continuous learning and development. With a strong belief that "All life is Education," Ipsita has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. As a public speaking coach, communication trainer, and soft skills trainer, Ipsita has mentored thousands of young graduates and professionals to become the best version of themselves. She specializes in HR and corporate training and has worked on different verticals of HR such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance and Talent Management, HR Analytics, Policy making, and Strategy planning. Currently, Ipsita is working as a Human Resource Manager at OneCare, a tech-enabled healthcare ecosystem disrupting a $50Bn market and changing the way patients receive care for complex diseases. Her responsibilities at OneCare include leading the organizational culture building, setting up the right policies and processes for the organization, bringing in new HR interventions into the organization and framing of strategies, and setting up the entire HR operations for the company. Prior to OneCare, Ipsita worked as an HR Generalist at River, a newly founded electric vehicle startup, and as a Human Resources Recruiter at UMO Design, a startup committed to making a difference in the lives of design professionals. She was responsible for hiring highly committed individuals such as Product Designers, UX/UI Designer, Industrial designer, and also worked as a counselor for UMO Design School. Ipsita's education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the International School of Management Excellence and a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT), Bhubaneswar. She has relevant experience of 2.76 years and possesses tech skills such as designer and UI. Ipsita is a passionate individual willing to explore different domains of HR, especially Training and Development and Psychology at the workplace. She wishes to bring the best to the organization where she works and contribute to making a difference in people's lives.
