Irfan Maulana is a highly skilled and experienced web builder with over 9 years of relevant experience in the field. As a pragmatic frontend developer, he has a real-world experience in building and architecting web applications that are high-performing, available, and of high quality. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Sayurbox, Irfan is an individual contributor for a web engineer team, where he works to enhance the web apps to have better performance, availability, and quality. He is also actively involved in building a good engineering culture for the longer future of the company. In the past, Irfan has worked with G2Academy (School of Gifted Geeks) as a Course Instructor, where he created a curriculum for Vue.js course, taught in Fullstack with Vue and Golang Class for part-time students, and taught in Basic Programming Class. He has also worked with Tokopedia as a Principal Engineer Web Platform, where he maintained 20+ frontend services in a single monorepo, mostly in React.js, and was a technical mentor for 100+ web engineers. He was also the founding father and the only maintainer for their in-house web-perf dashboard and built React-SSR framework (like Next.js) from the ground. Additionally, he was part of the Core Team with responsibilities such as creating tooling and setting up workflows to increase engineering efficiency, doing research and PoC for new things on the web, managing tech-debt on the frontend codebase, and promoting and leading many new technical initiatives. Irfan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, where he graduated in 2013. His technical skills include Web, Software Engineer, Frontend, Javascript, VueJS, Golang, and Research Scientist.
