Irfan has over 8 years of relevant experience in operations, back office and hiring, and he has spent the last 2 years working as a Head HR/CEO at Signity Group. Irfan started his career as a recruiter when he was just 17 years old and has since then been dedicated to his work. He has a cooperative attitude combined with excellent judgement skills for hiring the best employee for any given job. He also has a degree in Bio.technology from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur. Additionally, he has completed his Intermediate and 10th grade from MHS Secondary and M.H School Kanpur, respectively.
