Irina Bulygina is a highly accomplished Senior Product Manager with over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. She is a certified PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSPO®, and ICP-ATF professional, and has a wealth of experience in creating hi-tech solutions all over the world. Currently, Irina serves as the VP of Product Development at dashdevs llc, where she leads, manages, and mentors a team of product managers, project managers, and delivery managers. She also executes the CPO role in the main client's projects and is responsible for pre-sales activities such as developing the product vision, wireframes, prototypes, estimates, and proposals. Prior to her current role, Irina served as the Head of Client Engagement department and Project Manager/Product Owner at dashdevs llc. In these roles, she was responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, project planning, tracking and reporting, team management, resource management, product analysis, market research, and negotiation. She also successfully managed several teams from separate projects, created various types of documentation, and reported project status to stakeholders. Irina has a strong educational background, having completed a Marketing degree from the National Aerospace University -'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'​, as well as several courses in Management, Psychology, IT Project Management, and Quality Assurance. Her technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, Product Management, Research Science, Mobile, and Backend development.
