Irina Sushko is an experienced Application Architect with a passion for designing and implementing the best possible solutions for her clients. Currently, she is working as an external consultant at the executive agency for small and medium-sized enterprises (easme), where she is excited to join a team of architects, developers, and business analysts to create the next generation European Enterprise Network (EEN). Prior to her current role, Irina worked as a Senior .NET consultant at Visual Antidote, where she played a pivotal role in choosing the best technologies and software architecture to achieve project objectives. She also worked as an Agile coach at Systemis, where she worked remotely with three different teams to deliver software products. Her main consulting areas included implementing Agile processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing between team members. Irina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the same university, and a Secondary Specialized School for Computer Science from Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES), associated with Technical University-Sofia. With 1.43 years of relevant experience as a Senior Software Engineer and designer, Irina has honed her skills in designing and implementing complex software solutions. She is proficient in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Mural, Virtual boards, and Zoom. Overall, Irina is a highly motivated and skilled Application Architect who is always looking for new challenges to take on.
