Irshad Ahamed.M.B is an experienced IT professional with over 12 years of relevant experience in project management, design, development, administration, installation, implementation, configuration, vendor relations, maintenance, engineering, and troubleshooting of various technologies for medium to corporate enterprise environments. Currently, he is serving as the Head Engineering at SapphireIMS, where he has been leading the engineering team to deliver high-quality products and services. Irshad has acted as a single point of contact for multiple vendors, business units, and Information Technology partners during integration, administering schedules, and communicating risks. He has played a key role in creating documentation and technical guides for developers/customers to understand the products' features, case studies, and white papers. Irshad has also been involved in client interactions and requirement gathering activities as well as giving product support as well as project planning. Prior to his current role, Irshad has served in various senior positions at SapphireIMS, including Senior Product Manager and Senior Technical Manager, where he was responsible for developing overall project management strategy and working with discipline leads and project teams. He has consistently managed customer's expectations and solicited and acted on customer's feedback. Irshad has worked on OpenNLP, LUIS, Microsoft Bot Framework, and has expertise in Integration, product management, and testing. Irshad holds a Master's degree in Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Mobile Communication from the University of Mysore and an MBA in Management-Information Science from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences. He also holds several certifications, including Certified "JAVA" Programmer, Certified "C" Programmer, and Diploma in Computer Accounting Package.
