Isaac John Wesley is a seasoned product specialist with over 11 years of experience in the tech industry. He has a passion for creating impactful products that can improve people's lives. Isaac has a unique background, having started as a designer turned entrepreneur before transitioning into product management. Currently, Isaac is the VP of Product at xoxoday, where he is responsible for developing and executing the company's product strategy. Prior to this, he was the Director of Product Management at Plum, a SaaS platform for insurance and benefits management. Isaac played a crucial role in delivering a modern experience for employees, making it easy for them to understand and use their insurance benefits. Plum was backed by Tiger Global and Sequoia, two of the most prominent venture capital firms in the world. Isaac's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Inkmonk, India's first e-commerce marketplace for print products. He built the company from scratch, partnering with over 50 contract print suppliers and developing a fast-paced, customer-obsessed product team of 27 people. Under his leadership, Inkmonk achieved year-on-year revenue growth of 59%, reaching millions of dollars in revenue and thousands of orders every month. Isaac was responsible for managing P&Ls, product vision, planning, design, roadmap, and distribution channels. Isaac's education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Madras Christian College. He has also worked as a senior software engineer and designer, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
