Isha Pandey is a dedicated and driven Software Engineer with a passion for research and development. She is currently working at HSBC Software Development India (HSDI) as a Trainee Software Engineer, where she has been involved in designing a prototype for a wrist-band based on sub-sonic principle i.e. any speed lower than the speed of sound within a sound-propagating medium. Her work at IIT-Kanpur on this project has been successful, and she has gained valuable experience in the field of software engineering. In addition to her current role, Isha has also worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where she co-authored and presented research papers on mechanical-engineering aspects. Her work has been published in Springer, and she has gained a deep understanding of the research process and the importance of collaboration and communication in this field. Isha's education background includes a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation from Banasthali University, which she will complete in December 2021. She also holds a High School degree from Atomic Energy Central School No. 4, where she studied PCM. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for technology and innovation. In her previous role as a Vocational Trainee at NPCIL, Isha gained valuable experience in the practical application of engineering principles, including gathering information about the general working of the plant, safety features, and various technical aspects of the design. She also gained knowledge about the theory and working of Control Systems of the plant and learned about the maintenance work carried out in the NTC Control Maintenance Shop. Isha's technical skills include software engineering and research science, and she is always eager to learn new technologies and expand her skill set. With 1.35 years of relevant experience, she has demonstrated her ability to work well in a team and independently, to meet deadlines, and to adapt to new challenges and environments.
