Ishank Tiwari is a Software Developer, Independent Researcher, and ML Enthusiast with a passion for algorithm development and software development. Currently working as an SDE III at Google in the Machine Learning department, Ishank has gained 0.93 years of relevant experience. Ishank's career journey started as a Software Developer Intern at Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd., where he developed a model to analyze coding practices and ethics followed by professionals in software life cycle development of projects. This helped in assessing people and finding the best developers by identifying their habits. Nearly 50% of the developers he assessed did not follow standards and chose only instant working solutions. After this, he worked as a Web Developer at Kyrion Technologies, where he reduced server retrieval time by 40% by redirecting requests to a newly developed more efficient server. He also developed a portal to monitor the connects for surveillance and monitoring for security purposes. Ishank completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from GGSIPU in 2020. He possesses a wide range of technical skills, including Software Engineering, ML, Research Science, and Web Development. Ishank is a simple learner who is always eager to learn new things and explore different fields. He is a firm believer in the power of perception and strives to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
