Ishita Jain is a talented Product Designer and a natural leader with a passion for design thinking. With a background in development, she has become an expert in bridging the gap between design and development, producing user-friendly and development-friendly designs. Her exposure to design thinking has further enhanced her skills, making her an ardent learner who is constantly hungry for growth and new opportunities to showcase her talent. Currently working as a UX Designer at Momspresso, Ishita is leading the strategy and design for the My Money product, an influencer marketing platform for women to earn at home. She is responsible for analyzing user feedback and metrics to identify and prioritize customer pain points, conducting user interviews and competitor benchmarking, and driving concept-to-launch for new features and flows. Her efforts have resulted in a 60% improvement in user experience and a 40% decrease in TAT. Prior to Momspresso, Ishita worked as a Product Designer at Credit Saison, where she facilitated the concept-to-launch of a GTM web application and spearheaded the design and delivery of a technology-led neo-lending platform in SME loans. She also worked as a Product Design Consultant at Bluespacelabs, where she steered the delivery of a government project for the Mauritian Police Force to manage data of vehicles and citizens. Ishita holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Her tech stack includes expertise in product design, UI/UX design, mobile and web design, and research science. She is a skilled designer with a passion for leadership roles and constantly strives to reduce flow errors, decrease TAT, and introduce new features and flows to improve user experience.
