Ishita Kapadia is a Growth Manager at Fynd, a Shopsense Retail Technologies Pvt. Ltd. company. With almost five years of relevant experience, she is responsible for impacting the top line of the business through new brand onboarding activities, marketing campaigns, and tracking sales performance of the brands. She is currently working as an Account Manager in Marketplaces, handling both B2C and B2B platforms, Fynd.com and Uniket.store, respectively. Ishita is a gold medalist who completed her Masters of Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Hyderabad. She has also held positions of responsibility as the Head of Sankalp, a workshop organized for Handloom Artisans. She has previously been a part of the Buying team in Reliance Brands Limited for Brooks Brothers as a Buying Intern. Her responsibilities included formulating buy strategy, product attribute and trends analysis, and identifying the best and slow sellers. Ishita did her Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Maharaja Sayijirao University, Baroda. She has held responsibility as a Volunteer, Associate Head Organiser, and eventually the co-ordinator for PRERNA, an international level social event organized for differently-abled people. Before joining Fynd, Ishita was a Developer in Tech Mahindra, where she was a key member of the Integrated Capacity Management component of Telecom giant BT (British Telecom). Her roles of responsibilities included Java, ODI and Database Development, BT User communicator, and Project inventory in charge.
